Order Acknowledgement

We will e-mail or fax an acknowledgement of your order within 24 hours of its receipt. Please verify quantities, sizes, configurations, and other instructions. If the order is incorrect, notify us upon receipt of the acknowledgement. We will create your order as detailed on the acknowledgement. As all orders are produced on a custom basis, product that is made as specified on the acknowledged order cannot be returned.

Billing

For glass and mirror products, even inches will be billed at the size specified. Odd inches and fractions will be billed at the next higher full inch dimension.

Applications

The purchaser bears the responsibility for compliance with federal, state, and local building codes with respect to safety precautions, wind-loading and suitability. The purchaser bears the responsibility for determining suitability where codes or laws are silent.
